Prof. Dr. Valdonė Darškuvienė

She is Professor of Finance and Vice-President for Research at ISM University of Management and Economics. She is member of ISM International Doctoral Committee in Management and in Economics.
Previously held positions at Vytautas Magnus University as professor at Finance Department, Vice-Dean (for internationalization) of Faculty of Economics and Management, has developed international Double Degree programs with Louvain School of Management (Belgium), NHH (Norway), Trento University (Italy), Aveiro University (Portugal), initiated and took the lead in projects on study quality improvement and internationalization. She is an expert at the Research Council of Lithuania and at the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education of Lithuania.
Valdonė participates in international research initiatives and networks. In 2014-2017 she served as expert at EC Horizon-2020 MSCA Advisory Group, which provides advice to the Commission regarding the Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions on skills, training and career development, as well as expert at EC Horizon-2020 Gender Advisory Group, which promoted implementation of gender dimension in research and innovation content as a cross-cutting issue in Horizon 2020 work programme. Currently involved in scientific committee on public enterprises at CIRIEC (International Centre of Research and Information on the Public, Social and Cooperative Economy). Member of AFECA (Association of Academics and Professionals is Accounting, Auditing and Finance) since 2001, served as president of AFECA in 2013-2018.
Her research interests are within domain of corporate finance, ownership, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility.

Asta Klimaviciene, PhD

Asta Klimaviciene is an associate professor at ISM University of Management and Economics, Lithuania. She obtained her PhD in Finance in 2009 from Alliance Manchester Business School, the University of Manchester, UK.
Asta’s research interests focus on the areas of emerging markets, corporate finance, market efficiency and financial literacy. She is a program committee member for Eastern Finance Association (EFA) annual meetings and INFINITI Conference on International Finance.
In addition to presenting research findings in international academic conferences and publishing them in academic journals, Asta is also an author of e-textbook “Financial Management” (in Lithuanian, 2010), and a co-author of a textbook “Problems in economics and finance with solutions (for schoolchildren and teachers)” (in Lithuanian, 2018).
Asta is BSc Finance programme director. She teaches corporate finance courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including MBA and Executive MBA. She is responsible for Executive School training programme “Finance for non-finance executives”. Asta delivers internal and external training programmes on financial management for business companies and public organizations. As part of her consulting and expertise activities she serves as a member of advisory commission to the council of Lithuanian National Radio and Television (LRT) since 2017.

Egidijus Kundelis

Egidijus is a tax advisor with 18 years of professional experience. He has a vast experience in tax due diligence, international tax structuring and corporate taxation projects for both Lithuanian-based and foreign multinational companies.
He has advised an number of inbound investments to Lithuania as well as assisted Lithuanian investors in expanding their activities abroad.
Egidijus holds an executive MBA from the Baltic Management Institute (Vytautas Magnus University, with HEC Paris, CBS, Copenhagen, NHH, Bergen, LSM, Louvain), Bachelor in Business Management and Administration from the Vilnius University and is a member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). He is currently a doctorate student at ISM University of Management and Economics. The area of Egidijus’ scientific research is related to corporate tax avoidance: Assessing Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) and its Countermeasures Impact on Companies in Small Open Economies.
